About me

Dear whom it may concern,

I am currently studying for a Postgraduate in Event Management and Marketing at the University of London Union (ULU).

I am coming to the end of my course and I am looking forward to starting a role in which I can develop into a career. I have funded myself through the full time six-month postgraduate course.

I enjoyed studying the various different areas of the events industry as well as topics that are also key to the media and advertising industry such as creative brainstorming, budgeting, sponsorship, marketing, PR, logistics, branding and production.

As well as extending my academic understanding of the industry, I have also been gaining valuable on-site experience. I have been involved with the initial creative design concepts for the Grand Designs Exhibition at the Excel London 2008 on behalf of Terbell Ltd, as well as winning a client pitch for the charity WWF, in which the prize is to be involved with the Brits 2008.

I am dedicated and hardworking and feel that I have the determination to learn and grow within a company to make myself a success. I hope that you could consider for me a role within your company.
