About me
In the past 4 months I have been researching and writing the Online Travel Marketing Guide for Eyefortravel, a travel research and conference company. The role has deepened my analytical and internet research skills and has given me a real grounding in online marketing practices as well as improved my business writing skills.
My advertising management role at NC Brighton magazine taught me to juggle projects simultaneously and to produce tight, sparkling copy, for a variety of clients, to deadline. I have a keen eye for detail and am a perfectionist when it comes to presentation. I was proud to work as part of a small team in a high-pressure environment and to be closely involved in the production process.
My work as Research Assistant on the non-fiction book, 'Collapsing Careers', gave me a real insight into investigating complex social issues and providing facts in a clear and balanced way. I interviewed a wide range of women from different backgrounds about sensitive subjects which required a lot of tact and improved my ability to spot a good story.
I am talented, intelligent and an excellent communicator. I work hard, use my initiative and am an upbeat, optimistic person. What I don't know, I am quick to learn; I perform well under pressure and maintain a focused energy throughout my work.
