About me
Most recently I was an Events and Marketing Coordinator for Create Jobs, an organisation that endeavours to create opportunities within the creative industry. I worked as part of a team planning the content and organisation for a multi-sensory exhibition dwelling on themes of migration, archiving, and nostalgia. I also worked on the social media strategy, which included creating graphics for daily posts, to increase our reach for the event. Our work culminated in a successful 1 day exhibition at the Tate Modern in which over 300 people attended. This has given me a solid introduction into the world of digital marketing, content creation and what it takes to connect with a target audience.
I have recently completed 2 months' worth of work experience at Don't Panic, a creative agency that delves in branding, advertising, and production where I managed their social media accounts and delivered analytics reports to senior management, explaining what was done well and what needs to be done better. I also helped the strategy and creative teams, respectively in marketing and design.
I also have further experience in web design and I am also proficient in Canva, whilst teaching myself Photoshop. I use my free time to express myself through other creative outlets such as running a podcast and some writing projects which can be found below:
I would like to say that content excites me is because there are so many different unconventional ways to tell one story and as a content creator myself, I enjoy being on that endless journey to create more ways to tell people information in ways that people consider weird and downright crazy.
I'm eager to combine my past experiences for this role and I am self-motivated to succeed in this industry. I'm enthusiastic about the great work you do and I would relish the opportunity to join and make my own contribution.
