About me

I'm a senior multi-disciplined creative designer based in Northampton with over 30 years professional experience in the design industry. From the humble beginnings as a junior designer I worked for a small number of agencies before setting up a design company of my own and working for many years and employing a small team.

I decided to down-scale a few years ago and now work as a freelance designer from home which I much prefer. I'm used to working under pressure, delivering projects on time and on budget. Happy to work in-house or remotely.

I've been involved in many hundreds of design projects over the years from simple logo designs for local companies and start-ups to complete corporate identities, marketing literature, advertising and associated online branding for large multinationals.

Fully proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Good knowledge of After Effects for motion graphic work. Good in MS Word and Powerpoint and Keynote.

Great project management skills and just as happy leading or being part of a team as I am working on my own to see projects from concept to completion.

Extensive knowledge of print production and art-working.

I have a medium level knowledge of web build and development (basic html/css) and can build sites when required using Wordpress.
