Thank you for taking the time to look through my application and my resume. I appreciate you considering me for the Graphic Designer opportunity in London.

I have been living in New York City for 4 years working in the Publishing Industry and I have relocated back to the United Kingdom. I have been around Publishing and Design my entire life. It is in my blood, and it is something I have a passion and natural talent for.

I am currently employed at CW Publishing Group as the Creative Artworker/Designer. During my four years working at CW Publishing Group, I have gained experience in Editorial Layout Design, Designing Advertisements/Advertorials for Advertisers, Designing Web banners for Advertisers, uploading and preparing Print files for shipping, uploading Editorial content onto our consumer websites for the publications, designing email blasts for Advertisers, designing digital publications, creating the layout of the Magazines by doing flatplans, designing website with Wordpress and the use of HTML5. To further develop my skills, I have taken courses at FIT and School of Visual Arts to help me gain more experience within Editorial Design, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SEO.

I have experience in Graphic Design, and I have a strong understanding of detail due to my background in Graphic Design. I am seeking a Graphic Design position in London to further develop my skills and enthusiastically learn how your organization works from the ground up. From my years working in the industry, I acknowledge that a practical experience is extremely valuable for the continuation of my professional career.

My experience and work ethic towards a practical design work, fantastic eye to detail, and passion for the Graphic Design industry within the Publishing industry, makes me a strong, well-suited, and successful candidate for this position. I can work on numerous titles solo but I am also a team player helping other people and Advertisers with any Design work they ask me to do.
