I am a Creative Services Manager with over 20 years' experience in the Design industry.

I understand that creative folk thrive in a fun, engaging and happy workplace where they feel supported and can focus on their passion, great design.

I appreciate that clients need a trusted, strategic partner to take their ideas and shape an innovative creative solution that stands out and promotes their brand.

My focus is people and processes. Getting creative teams collaborating and communicating effectively, process review and implementation, briefing, workflow, project management, stakeholder management, housekeeping, utilisation, reporting and billing.
