About me

I recently graduated from Middlesex University with a 2:1 BA Hons. Degree in Journalism and Media.

I have been passionate about journalism from a young age and decided to pursue education and a career in the industry, moving overseas from the Czech Republic to London.

I have relevant experience, contributing to an online Czech magazine covering topics such as fashion, show business and health and lifestyle. I have also been blogging for seven years about health, lifestyle and beauty. That has been one of my passions since sixth form college, and I have managed to build up a strong social media presence which led to collaboration with several international companies. I am competent at video editing and also have experience in social media management and co-hosting a radio show at university.

I believe that one of my greatest achievements and challenges at the same time was combining full-time education with a full-time job as a restaurant manager. Therefore I am confident that the skills I developed in my previous positions and work experiences, including my organisational and problem-solving skills and experience working in a diverse team would readily transfer into success in the media industry. I am eager to combine my set of valuable competencies with my enthusiasm for the industry and quickly become an asset.
