About me

Graduated in Law, I specialized myself in Tax Law and recently in Digital Law. The tax area brought me the vision of the business, the strategy of operations and showed me the pains of entrepreneurs and other professionals working in this area. Digital Law brought the vision of the virtual world and its impacts on people's reality, teaching me the importance of digital education and care with the treatment of personal data.

I was always interested in understanding people and their behavior, that`s why I was so interested in the sociology and philosophy classes at law school, and when I began to understand more closely the pains of the people I was trying to generate solutions for, I realized that just legal knowledge was no longer enough, , which led me to take a Design Thinking course in 2017 - I ended up falling in love with design and its human-centred approach, and since then I'm getting get deeper and deeper into this subject.

I am currently a member of the Interaction Design Foundation, and the course I completed at IDF was on Human-Computer Interactions. I also started a postgraduate degree in Anthropology.

Since then I apply Design in my daily life, in the design of business operations, in interaction between company departments, and through UX Research I seek to understand pains and needs for problem solving.

That's why I focus today on developing myself professionally in the area of UX Research and Service Design.
