Hi, I am Christina.
As a creative print pattern maker, I want to bring my enthusiasm for design to other creative people. I create hand-drawn sketches, which are worked through via my computer to create adaptable repeat pattern motifs for 2D surfaces, such as fabric, wallpaper, ceramics, and tableware. My strength is botanical themes, such as florals and foliage, adding bugs or insects, I create playful, bold shapes, using on occasion using bold colour choices. I want these designs to inspire a fresh look to a home or add to existing decor. I also have practical printing experience in silk printing and woodblock. I am versed in CAD and Adobe creative suite programmes. where I can produce mood boards and present storyboards of ideas to clients or collaborators. I want to build on what I already have, but willing to learn from collaborators.
