About me

The variation of work that I have been involved in throughout my career has great diversity in design and I feel that this serves me greatly when confronted with new media projects. I have been involved in designs of CD/DVD ROM, websites from concept to completion, project management, graphic design, photography, brochure design and creation, touch screen kiosks, intranets, web maintenance, and PDA delivery of websites.

My recent roles have seen me move into a commercial based environment in a general design role, however, my true passion remains with web based design/development.

I can work both as part of a successful team and also autonomously depending upon the situation. My working for the Police over the past few years has enabled me to hit the ground running with relation to major events on the website and also combine effectively with our Corporate Communications branch to deliver the correct message in the right way and at times appropriate to the incident.

I also feel that my experience of handling major incidents that the world's media have focused on with Police Forces has matured me to deal calmly and methodically with major events and high profile jobs.
