About me

I am a highly organised, calm and creative production co-ordinator and set and costume designer. My combination of production and creative skills has been extremely useful in both roles, as it means that I am better able to understand the viewpoint of creatives when managing them, and that I am an extremely well organised design assistant needing little external supervision.

My production experience has been with companies working in TV Broadcast, such as Red Bee Media and with smaller companies working on more varied projects including animation, music and production and theatre design. Whilst at Knifedge Ltd I was also involved in creating prints, layout image retouching and prop making.

Computer skills include: Adobe CS3 - Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator to a high level of proficiency, and Flash, After Effects and Dreamweaver at a basic level; Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premier to a basic to intermediate level; Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Powerpoint to a high level.

Other design experience has been mainly theatre based. I have been design assistant to David Farley on 'La Cage aux Folles' at the Menier Cholocate Factory, Cythia Jameson on 'Stiff Acrylic' at the Hen and Chickens and have designed numerous other shows at fringe venues. I particularly enjoy designing and making costumes and props.
