The e-tron is Audi's first pure electric car. To help familiarise new e-tron owners with the intelligent features and innovative technologies of their EV, we were briefed to film and produce an exclusively video-based e-tron owners’ manual about all aspects of the car to live on Audi’s digital channels by Audi's customer experience agency Proximity London.

Made up of a series of 18 episodes, our e-tron Easy Guide introduces new owners to all features of their new car through introductory walk-arounds and step-by-step demonstrations. Films include ‘An introduction to EV charging’ and ‘Setting up myAudi app’, as well as an in-depth tour of the Audi virtual cockpit and touch-screen display which manages everything in the car from the infotainment and navigation controls through to the comfort features and climate control systems. The films live on Audi's YouTube channel and are being delivered to Audi e-tron owners as part of a wider eCRM programme developed by Proximity London.
