For the Mediterranea collection, Bulgari commissioned a key visual that would capture the Mediterranean’s cultural richness and spirit. The artwork blends symbols from across three continents, featuring elements inspired by Greece, Italy, Tunisia, Egypt, and the Far East. After exploring various motifs—including waves, animals, and regional textures—the final design centered on the sun as a unifying symbol. This mosaic, crafted with intricate detail, was adapted by Bulgari’s design team across diverse applications, from invitations and books to large-scale banners and immersive store displays, celebrating Mediterranea’s essence.
