I have recently returned to London after several years in Miami, FL, where I was working as a Designer and Professor of Graphic Design. From I was the Director of Taylor-Recht LLC, a design company specializing in graphic design and residential renovation design. From I was the Head of Graphic Design in the Art and Art History Department at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Fl. I also taught as an adjunct Painting Instructor at The Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Fl.

Before relocating to Florida, I worked as an Art Director for iXL, London, in 2001. At iXL I worked with a team that created the redesign for British Airways. My time at Rubus included a six-month residency in the Rubus Innovation Centre (research and development) which involved researching projects for WAP, multi-channel content delivery, cell broadcast and bluetooth technologies.

In 1998 and 1999 I worked as the Production Coordinator for The Sony Design Center in New Jersey. Previous to this I was the Manager of Image Processing at YAR Communications in New York. I received my MFA from Yale University School of Art in 1993 and my BFA in Painting from Rhode Island School of Design in 1988.
