From taking a psychology degree whilst battling the winds of Aberdeen, direct selling for de-regulated Energy companies (those bills don’t pay themselves) to IT recruitment in London he found his passion working with design and branding professionals with the added bonus of living in the Cotswolds.
Businesses that Ian works with have exploited over 25 years’ of his experience selling, networking, training, managing and building teams in the Digital, Design, Branding, Creative, Marketing and IT sectors. Additionally his enduring interest in psychology is invaluable working with design and digital and he finds the artistry and science of UX and its impact fascinating.
In addition to recruitment services Ian has consulted a FTSE100 regarding their contractor population. He also provides, on a freelance basis, in house talent management and sales consultancy. Ian can help SMEs on a budget deliver fixed price design and marketing projects.
