Hello my name is Carlo D'Aquino. I'm applying to the Creative Director position posted on LinkedIn.

As a Seasonal Creative Director I've seen my exceptional way of life as a creative vocation not a job.

I've been privileged to be around a number of iconic and agile brands across a range of sectors.

Working side by side with strategic experts and creative explorers solving complex business and brand challenges in unexpected ways to enhance business services and products.

I approach each brand through four key attributes,

As your Creative Director, I'll strategically explore and conceptualise poignant design solutions

maintaining the agency vision and creative philosophy - delivering 'great ideas expertly and

beautifully crafting and elevating the brand or product with a distinct flair'. I can work both

independently and in conjunction with Executives, Creative Directors and at the same time leading and

mentoring fellow Senior Designers and Designers, evaluating design options, develop and push

'big ideas' based on the design strategy. I will develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.

As your potential Creative Director, I bring to the studio over 20 years of experience, sensitively executing flawless agile brands across a variety of sectors. For the last 15 years I have crafted my creative and management experience within global markets and understanding with level of sophistication and ability to adapt to different cultures and clients needs. As a strategic thinker, I love creating or crafting brands, inspiring teams around me and understanding a client's business aims and objectives and

arrive at an insightful approach that solve their challenges through their refreshed brand.

What is important is my understanding the teams interaction and the role of each team member.

I naturally love to foster individual development and creating a healthy environment for

communication and cohesion between internal teams .
