About me

After practicing design areas such as product, exhibition, and service design, I see myself mainly as a service and user experience designer, as this is the area where I can combine the most diverse techniques and skills of my background and apply those on user experiences.

What I love about this field are the diversity of project areas and its enriching and effective methodology and tools.
I really enjoy working on co-creation workshops and user research for improving service experiences across channels and creating detailed and realistic personas. In order to understand and describe the users' journeys, I apply design thinking and service design tools in the design process which allows me to identify the user's needs and also helps to identify the gaps. I believe service design is not only about meeting users' needs but also about driving human behaviour for the better.
