About me

Hi,

my experience falls into two areas - Creative Studio Management and Project / Programme Management. My most recent role was as part of the team delivering a global digital transformation programme for a FTSE5 organisation. I have also set up a full studio management function for Macmillan Cancer Support. I am a qualified Agile Project Management Practitioner and have a long history of managing, print, production, mailing and logistics. Striking the balance between business needs and excellence of delivery (all with a smile on my face) is at the heart of everything I do.

I love working with creative people. It's a constant source of inspiration. I strive to deliver a combination of excellent service and quality output for my clients whilst helping to motivate and empower a highly talented creative team. I believe the best way to achieve this is via open communication, collaboration and respect for specialist knowledge.
