About me

I am currently at the end of my "year out" where I have been working at David Lloyd in the Food and Beverage and Reception Department. In this year I have learnt what my true passion is, and this is something within Fashion and Textile Design. Before my year out I completed the UCL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design where I specialised in Fashion and Textiles however, at the end of this I was unsure on whether I wanted to continue this on a degree level; throughout my year out of education I have learnt I am much better suited to getting out into the "real world" and learning on the job. This was made clearer after I did a weeks placement at a design company in Tunbridge Wells where I thoroughly enjoyed working in the industry and bouncing off of like minded people with all different levels of experience and inspiration.
