About me
I'm a designer, researcher, facilitator and teacher. I conduct behavioural research for design, design interactions, review and test websites for usability, and I train and coach new user researchers.
I am looking for remote positions, I am based in Edinburgh, UK.
I'm particularly interested in working in the 3rd sector - public service, government, charities and education.
For the past 5 years I've been conducting user research for the University of Edinburgh to explore the experience of people looking to study at university - either for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, a PhD or for flexible part-time study.
Currently I'm conducting user research for the University of Southampton on the provision of continuing professional development.
