I have also worked in 4 different projects to simplify process for our team which includes coordinating different teams - 4 teams, each team's headcount was between to understand their work & differences and taking the same to IT to simplify & automate manual work including quality, all of this was successfully tested & implemented and made progress in just one years time.
I like to be involved in constant learning making changes & coordinating/communicating because this is something which is one of the strongest abilities I hold.
I'm currently looking for work from home opportunities, post maternity for child support I have been working from home for recruitment domain since Dec 2016 and would like to learn & grow in the same, if given an opportunity.
