About me
Karol has spent her entire life observing and asking questions. Today, she's best known for inspiring the answers. As a Strategy Director, Karol has helped launch successful campaigns for National Parks, Walgreens, Lean Cuisine, GSK, and Gillette Venus. She also led Digital/Social strategy for Stouffer's Masterbrand and its various sublines.
Prior to Grey/Wing, she's held planning positions at Spike DDB, Y&R, and Hunter Straker - among others. She's worked in Traditional Advertising, Digital/Social, and Shopper; and has worked across General Market, African American and Hispanic Marketing. Some of her most notable clients include Cadillac, Chevrolet, NYPD, Bernie Sanders, Unilever, AT&T, Campbell's, Viagra, McCormick and Starbucks.
When she's not strategizing, Karol can be found cooking, reading, or strolling around Brooklyn.
