About us

Sebastian is the business head behind HoneyTree, the bespoke stationery boutique he founded with his wife, the artist Lizbeth Holstein. Sebastian is passionate about creating the best possible product for their customers, which leaves a lasting impression on all who see it.

He wants the stationery they create at HoneyTree to bring a little bit more joy and heartfelt communication into the world. It’s his job to help the creative team make this happen!

Sebastian is passionate about the customer, and strives to make sure that every element of HoneyTree is easy, pleasurable and a joy to use. He has a clear idea of who his customers are and what they want from their stationery. He knows that they take delight in great quality, that they are creative and passionate, and that they are ready for wonderful things to happen, each and every day. Very much like the folks at HoneyTree themselves!

As a result of Sebastian's endeavour as head of business development HoneyTree has enjoyed both wonderful growth thanks to our shoppers, staff and passion, and also picked up some awards along the way (which makes for nice nights out!)
