ABOUT
Walker potatoes reach the factory by lorry, where they are floated out by water to keep them from bruising and ensure they stay as beautiful as possible! They are then washed, peeled and sliced. After they are sliced they are cooked in a blend of Sunseed and Rapeseed oil for around three minutes to give them their golden colour and perfect taste. They then add their delicious seasoning.
