ABOUT

Since inventing the car, Mercedes-Benz has fought against the wind to improve the aerodynamics of its vehicles, but the switch to green electricity in its production facilities has transformed its relationship with the wind into a positive one. Mercedes and the Wind paid beautiful homage to this incredible force of nature, culminating in a real-life installation featuring one of Europe’s largest wind turbines. Standing at 120 metres in height, the turbine reimagined the brand’s unmistakable three-pointed star logo on an epic scale. A bespoke and haunting rework of the anthemic song Come Together by The Beatles added growing tension and meaningful resolve.
