Richard has over 17 years marketing experience in global, regional and local marketing functions and working across both brand and shopper marketing disciplines.

Richard currently leads the international marketing function at Fever-Tree, the world's #1 premium mixer brand. Currently distributed in 67 international markets, Fever-Tree continues to grow and pioneer the exciting new premium mixer category.

Previously at Bacardi-Martini he worked on brands such as Bombay Sapphire and Grey Goose during positions within Global Travel Retail. Within his last position Richard was at the heart of Bacardi's emergence as a serious player in the world of dark spirits leading the Dewar's Scotch Whisky brand globally and supporting the creation and launch of several Single Malt Scotch Whisky brands.
