As part of the Sydney Leadership team, I lead and manage the strategic output for OMD Sydney. With responsibility and day to day management of a core team of 5 talented strategists, this role encompasses broader agency culture and product development.

But that's right now - I've been working in media agencies and marketing roles for 18 years, and really no matter what I do it's about understanding why people say what they say and do what they do, and how that influences their consumer lives. I'm always asking "why" and "what if"
