I'm an executive search consultant with expertise in two areas;
1. Senior creative hires (CD's, GCD's, ECD's, CCO's, Creative Teams). My clients are a mixture of agencies (advertising, digital, media, social, PR etc) and corporates (social networks, retailers, gaming, publishers, entertainment etc).
2. As a Rec 2 Rec Consultant I help other recruitment agencies and executive search firms (in particular those in the advertising, digital, tech and media industries) to identify & hire experienced recruitment consultants.
I work with clients all over the world.
Most of them are big names you probably know.
Some are smaller niche players you might not have heard of.
