About me

With a Masters in Design and Illustration, I have over 19 years of expertise (starting from Jan 1998) in various creative, analytic and business positions, ranging from Game UI and User Experience Specialist, Senior Interactive Designer to the Art Director in Digital Media, Game Design Team Lead and Head of UX Design. As an independent consultant and analyst, I've conducted process & design audit for such customers as Aon/ACIA, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Bank of Ireland to name but a few.

From September 2012 I joined a major online gaming company Rational Group/Amaya Gaming in charge of UI/UX/CX for PokerStars and omni-channel products. I established and managed remotely-based team of senior-level UI/UX/IXD experts.

Since early 2017 I resumed my work as an independent consultant for such global and local clients as Aon/ACIA, RoadTrooper, Lemonrock and others by conducting audit of their current product development and design processes and customer experience journeys.
