About me
Prior to being a freelancer I had a role at the Royal Albert Hall for four years where I was responsible for the branding and marketing for six restaurants and fourteen bars. This role included the ongoing branding collaborations with new partners such as Cloudy Bay, Haagen-Dazs, Berry Bros. & Rudd, Moet & Chandon, Aspall, Asahi and Cadbury, and I also co-managed the complete branding project of a new 240-cover Italian restaurant opening within the venue.
Since being at the Royal Albert Hall I have been self-employed as a branding and marketing consultant for two years, working with some fabulous restaurant companies across London and Oxfordshire to ensure that their brands are watertight and presenting themselves as their best.
Alongside branding I have solid experience of copywriting, marketing strategy, event management, PR, design and digital engagement. I have worked with a leading food trending agency in London and have been writing for a digital lifestyle magazine.
