About me
Experienced Freelance Photographer specialising in Portraiture, Fashion and Events (including Music and Dance events, and parties) for editorials and private clients.
Highly creative and imaginative, I am able to take ownership of projects managing, leading and inspiring through contagious enthusiasm and innovative approach, working in all kind of settings (both in studio and on location) and on a wide variety of budgets.
Throughout my over 7-year experience as a freelance photographer, I have demonstrated expertise in digital photography processes, equipment and methods, photo evaluation and editing, and final product delivery, as well as managing all facets of the photography business, including sales and self-marketing, equipment purchasing, bookkeeping and networking.
I earned a BA (Hons) in Modern Arts, a Master's Degree in Film and Photography and completed additional training to acquire proficiency in Portraiture, Studio Lighting and Adobe Photoshop.
Coming from a film production background, having also worked as a film director agent, and having liaised with international Advertising Agencies and Production companies for many years, have given me a global vision of both the client and artist needs in different branches of the media and entertainment industry, together with the ability to work on tight deadlines.
My work have been featured on a variety of music and culture publications, such as Noisey/Vice, NME, London in Stereo, The Quietus, Team Rock, Drowned in Sound, Loud and Quiet, The Line of Best Fit and The 405, for most of which I have also written feature articles.
Among the numerous exhibitions I have taken part in, my work was recently exhibited at the 1650Gallery (Los Angeles), Sotheby's Charity Auction for CIPMO (Milan), 1885Gallery/The Camera Club (London), Na Kashirke Gallery (Moscow), the "tour" exhibition Urban dotART (Krakow, Budapest, Koper, Trieste), and the Italian Art Fairs "Forme e Colori" (Cuneo) and "Fondazione Arti e Mestieri" (Mantua).
