Meet Poly The Plastic Bottle!
YouTube Originals invited filmmakers from around the world to create the experimental series #SiGNALS based on stories of everyday objects, who educate you on how to be more sustainable for sake of Mother Earth.
We’ve supported director Mackenzie Sheppard (always a pleasure!) with bringing up to life Poly, a sassy host of the show. Mackenzie decided to keep the bottle as real as possible so our Tokyo team delivered a proper animation style. We created a space fly-through sequence that kickstart the journey from the origins of bottles, as well as the end transition back to Poly. Animated by us with a voiceover by YouTube creator Bretman Rock (yaaas! ✨), check how it all worked out.
