About me

In summary, I have 23 years experience in the printing industry, 9 years at management level, including my present role of Operations Manager - Creative Services at Xerox. During this time I have gained experience in customer facing roles, identifying customers' needs to enable the design and implementation of cost effective, innovative print buying solutions. An example of this is: We were invited to attended a brief meeting for a pan European campaign that was to raise awareness of the people-led services that Xerox Global Services offer. The project consisted of twelve posters, translated into twelve languages. Our concepts were developed to the final design and we directed the photography in the UK. I managed the litho and digital print of posters and calendars for this project. The feedback we received was that the whole project was managed well and delivered on time.

In addition to my experience, I have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, strong project management, negotiation and organisational skills. I have also received excellent training in numerous areas with Xerox, including Client Relations. I also have people management experience and currently lead a team of 4 team members, which also requires positive interpersonal skills.
