About me

As a Creative Director with Business Development experience, I have been in both advertising and tech industry close to 2 decades; both in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. Along the years, I have lead teams working on different types of businesses and industries; from Technology, Tobaccos, Telcos, Retails, Banks to FMCGs.

To relate, communicate, and answer the business objective(s) creatively and strategically, I leverage on the demographic's behavior and expectations by deep diving into the insights and marries it with my knowledge on both consumer and user experience.

My most recent stint in Lazada Group as the guardian of the 6 region's creative and maintaining the dynamic, fun and youthful tonality of the Lazada brand in all communication mediums. Directing both creative and production agencies, leading the regional assets production, and aliasing with key stakeholders.

Prior to that, in Tokopedia I managed and groomed the Creative Department of 127 personnels, and leading Tokopedia's Leadership Development through Coaching Programs.

I am also humbled to be part of the panel of judges for Transform Asia Award 2021, guest speaker for Akademi Instagram 2019, and skill sharing for Save the Children Organization 2015.
