About me

Although I have previous experience in this field including using the Adobe suite software such as Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop I feel like there is always room to expand and improve. The design industry is constantly changing and adapting and I understand how important it is to keep up to date with the latest trends and design styles. I feel like this would be the perfect opportunity for me to take my passion for design from a hobby to a career. A studio environment is the perfect creative setting filled with like minded people, that will enhance my passion and abilities within design. I would be a valuable member of a creative team, where I can learn and expand from the people around me. To be part of a team that is able to work as individuals and be self motivated as a way to work towards the same goal and use design as a method of problem solving to then be able to come together and produce the final design. Knowing that there is an opportunity to progress not only as a person and a designer but also for a company is one of the many reasons why I am the ideal candidate for this apprenticeship. I love the process of starting from a thought to then seeing a final end design piece. I am passionate and enthusiastic about design, it is not just a hobby it is a way of thinking, a way of visually seeing things differently, a visual outcome that can affect people in a variety of ways. Using strong communication skills within a creative team to discuss ideas and progression, but also using strong communicational skills in the final design because design is a form of visual communication.
