The challenge
After-school tuition had not kept pace with how students actually learn. UPRIO set out to replace the uniform, one-size-fits-all model with something more personal.

The design challenge was threefold:
Replicate the energy and dynamics of a physical classroom digitally
Give parents genuine visibility into how their child is progressing
Let AI do the heavy lifting of adapting content to individual strengths and gaps.

What we did
Think Design built an end-to-end platform for students from Classes 4 to 10, with distinct experiences for students, parents, and tutors.

For students:
An immersive classroom with Focus Mode, Huddle Rooms, and anonymous doubt resolution that replicates the feel of being in a room together.

For parents:
Real-time dashboards with live session attendance, topic performance, and engagement signals, with persona-driven views for active monitors and periodic reviewers.

Underpinning it all: AI-adjusted learning paths that adapt content delivery to each student's individual profile.

The result
A platform that makes after-school learning feel less like a product and more like a classroom. Personal, adaptive, and built for the way families and students actually use it.
