Bajaj Finserv on one of India's largest financial services companies and has businesses covering insurance, personal finance, corporate finance, loans among others. When Bajaj Finserv approached Think Design with an agenda to establish its leadership in digital space, we recommended Service Design Thinking approach to initiative a host of activities to that effect. As a result, a new entity was formed that looked into various businesses; advocated and implemented key initiatives that emerged out of our engagement.
