On a mission to mitigate infant mortality in Bihar, India, ABT India approached Think Design to conceptualise and create solutions in this space.

Through Design Thinking approach, Think Design planned the project strategy into three phases viz: Field research + Stakeholder workshop, Ideation workshop and User testing + Production.

As a result of field research and stakeholder workshop, we could arrive at specific points of design intervention so as to achieve our mission. Through ideation workshop, we created alternative directions and paved way for strategic choices. Through field research, solutions were shortlisted, refined and finally produced.
