About me

I'm a UX/UI aficionado with a passion for making the complex easy. It's my habit to see things from the user's POV and to go from there -- to question the underlying assumptions of business logic, to constantly look for opportunities for refactoring. I've acquired my knowledge in a wide variety of areas, which taken together inform my understanding of what creates the satisfactory user experiences businesses are after - from software to visual design to the written word. Putting myself in others' shoes is how I accomplish this.
