About me

I have been the Acting Production Manager at Ten Alps Creative since January 2011. I manage seven members of staff which include the design team in the studio department and three production controllers. We produce fortnightly, monthly, bi monthly, quarterly & annual contract publish journals, along with many ad hoc projects.I have in-depth knowledge of the production processes which I have gained in over 13 years working in the publishing industry. I can project manage to ensure smooth, swift delivery of projects. I have the ability to adapt to oversee changes in contracts, delivery, supplier & other amendments as required. I can quality control and have a good understanding of repro, finishing, raw material suppliers & other aspects of delivery.
