About me

I have recently finished my degree in contemporary Furniture design where I have also covered the necessities of interior design and worked with AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop and sketch-up, producing both 2+3 dimensional drawings and plans. I have also since leaving school studied an Art Diploma and short courses in Photography, Jewellery, and Upholstery. I have worked for just under a year as a bespoke furniture maker and on top of that I have worked as a customer advisor in a contemporary furniture design shop called 'The Home' in Saltaire for seven years. This has all helped me to gain an extensive knowledge of design, making and current market trends. I have come out of all this genuinely motivated, fresh and bursting with ideas. I feel that the above along with great communication and organisational skills would make me the perfect candidate for a job at most design companies.
