In being a creative leader, I enjoy all the aspects—pulling new ideas from fertile minds, mentoring, directing, guiding teams to better solutions, pushing for more exuberant thoughts, and honing the importance of quality work. Each day we miss so many opportunities to think beyond what is expected—to become something better than we are—or make someone's day more moving. That's what I do well, I push beyond the normal with a passion for meaningful creativity and branding. Here are some examples of my work:
On the business side, I am an energized leader who inspires teams while impacting revenue growth through marketing and brand strategies. I have led and managed teams of two in one room, up to 100 in three locations, and countless external agencies and resources. The unique commonality within every team is the importance of a culture that fosters personal growth, promotes community trust, and brings joy each day on the job.
