Housing has always been a popular commission to illustrate. We have produced a lot of illustrations for Bramwell Homes and many other companies over the years. The development above is set in a tight corner plot of land. The view is a ‘birds eye’ view to accommodate this restriction. This gives an overall view of the two properties being built. Two individual artist impressions were also made of each individual house to be sold separately. Drawn from architects plans with photos provided by the client of backgrounds and trees etc. Together with the clients ideas of what will be planted transforms a bare untidy piece of land to a something that purchasers can visualise.
