In these assignments I have successfully driven a heavy transformation of the organization, challenging the status quo and defining strategies aligned to evolving business goals, increasing its efficiency and productivity while delivering improved quality and user experience. ITILv3, Lean Thinking and 6Sigma are routinely used tools.
