About me

I am a dot connector.
I studied Fine Art and then changed course to pursue my love of pure mathematics. A planned hiatus from advancing in my education turned into an unexpected career as a technologist, a software developer, a software architect, a team leader providing direction to others. My aptitude for leadership was the impetus to segue my career onto a management track. In turn, this new trajectory provided opportunity to bring my unique background and skills to the emerging field of User Experience Design.
I have come full circle in the unexpected, meandering way that only real life can play out.
At the heart of it, I connect with and lead people. I create safe spaces for people to explore, fail, strengthen their gifts and ultimately connect with opportunity. I coordinate comfortably and confidently with people across different strategic and business units to execute with close collaboration and shared purpose to the organization's vision and values.
