Sometimes ART looks the way we expect ART to look, and sometimes it doesn’t. Do viewers believe that every image that they are viewing is ART? Creative photography often demands a certain level of reverence and holds implicit ties to luxury, beauty, or topical importance. Yet, photography as ART still battles for recognition. Some will say that a work of ART belongs to the artist and their intentions, and we should appreciate it as ART. I'm not so sure..?
ART, in its broadest sense, is a form of communication. ART is an act of expressing feelings, thoughts or, demonstrating the artist's observation –and, this is true of photography.
And that's what I want to achieve with this collection; to encourage you to see the "ordinary as extraordinary"...
