About me

I am a keen Digital Retoucher looking to further my career in a Photoshop based role. I currently work as a Photo Editor and Retoucher for LivingSocial, where my role includes selecting product and offer relevant images from stock or supplied imagery to promote holidays, experiences and goods, which have to be chosen to suit legal requirements. Using photoshop, I retouch all images to very tight deadlines with a fast paced turnaround period. Previous to this I worked as a Production Manager and Photo Retoucher for Venture Photography where my role includes managing all aspects of post production from the initial customer order through to customer collection. I use Photoshop to retouch the images to a print ready stage and then liaise with the company printing lab to meet our high volume of orders. I thoroughly enjoy this kind of work and I am now searching for a new challenge to which I can apply my current skills and enhance my knowledge base in this field.
