I am seeking employment as a presentations operator or any related type of job.

I have over ten years experience of office administration,customer care and reception.I am a confident and friendly person with, I hope, excellent interpersonal skills. I also have a very good phone manner, and am happy both making and receiving telephone calls, something I am extremely familiar with from my employment experience. I love working with people, and am always eager to help out both 'customers' and my work colleagues. I have worked in an

extremely busy reception environment, and would like to think that I am familiar with, and able to deal confidently with the pressures involved.

In addition to the interpersonal element of the job, I am also an experienced and efficient administrator. Throughout my employment history, I have undertaken a broad range of administrative tasks. These range from Data Entry, Customer care, Accounts management and credit control through to Payroll.

Of course, I am also fully experience in word processing a wide variety of correspondences, general filing of invoices and paperwork, answering telephone enquires, sending and receiving emails, sorting and distributing incoming an outgoing mail.I am extremely computer literate, and as well as using computers extensively in the workplace, I have completed ECDL and an Networking + Course to keep skills such as Word, Excel and Access as up to date as possible.
