Creative Recruiter with almost 15 years of hands-on creative experience.
Since transitioning into recruiting from the creative side, I have placed candidates in a variety of positions, including Creative Director, UX Designer, Art Director, Copywriter, Web Developer, Project Manager, Graphic Designer, and Production Artist. I perform both client- and candidate-facing tasks, and use my years of hands-on experience in the design field to ascertain the skills needed to perform a role and find candidates who possess them. In addition, I share this knowledge with my colleagues, both in a group setting and through one-on-one mentoring.
Experienced in working with Vendor Management Systems, including Beeline, SmartTrack, xCHANGE, IQNavigator, MS Office Suite, FileMaker Pro.
Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS.
