I enjoy the challenge of a complex business problem and working with motivated teams - of differing skill sets - to find the right answer using a cost effective IT solution.

In the 20+ years I have worked in the IT industry I performed almost all roles possible, which has given me a diverse understanding of what can be achieved with technology.

My most recent experience is in Retail where I have honed my skills in:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Systems analysis and application design
- Business process improvement and re-engineering
- Project management and co-ordination with all solutions partners, stakeholders and team members
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring of the engineering team
- SDLC methodologies: Waterfall and Agile Scrum
- Process tools: Jira and Trello
- Ensure solutions are tested and Fit for Purpose
- Co-ordinate the roll out/delivery/launch of solutions with store and all support teams
